[Nightlife Noise] Burgos Street is Poblacion's bar and club strip. Music and street noise reach the home every night, louder on Friday and Saturday, and the home is not soundproofed. Free disposable earplugs are provided. A good fit for a group that is out late. Not a fit for light sleepers. [Small Elevator] The building elevator is small, so a group with bags may need two trips. [Residential Building] A residential building, not a hotel. Our apartment is completely brand new, while the building itself is older, a diamond in the rough. The lobby cannot hold luggage. [No Parking] Street-side and building parking are not available. Ask us for recommended parking areas nearby. [Third Bathroom] The bathroom off the kitchen has a cold shower only, with hot water at the sink. The other two bathrooms have hot showers. [Security Deposit] A refundable security deposit applies to this stay. It is a credit card hold, not a fee, and the amount is visible at checkout before you enter your payment details. It is released automatically after check-out if all is in order. [Early Check-In, Late Check-Out] Both are paid options and subject to availability. An unannounced late check-out is charged to the deposit for the time overstayed.
