Please keep noise to a minimum during these times to ensure a peaceful environment for all neighbors. • We encourage guests to maintain the cleanliness of the apartment throughout their stay. Cleaning supplies are provided for your convenience. • Prior to departure, we ask that all garbage be disposed of in the designated areas. • Furniture has been arranged for your comfort and safety; please do not move or rearrange it. • Ensure that all items and amenities provided in the apartment are accounted for before your departure. • In the event of excessive cleaning requirements, damages, or lost items, additional charges may apply as follows: – Excessive cleaning: THB 500–1,000 – Lost items: Replacement cost plus a 15% handling fee – Damages: Full cost of repair or replacement plus a 15% handling fee – Left items can be returned for the price of postage plus a 15% handling fee • We kindly ask that you treat the apartment with the utmost respect and consideration, as you would your own home. • Please be mindful of neighbors at all times and avoid actions that may disturb their peace and comfort. • A departure checklist will be provided to help ensure the apartment is left in an orderly state upon your checkout. Please remember that you’re staying in a residential building, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7. Building staff is wonderful and willing to help where they can. Please be so kind to announce yourself at the entrance for check in and they will guide you to the reception desk and help with your luggage. In return they ask you to register any guests with them upon entering, a common courtesy in Manila to upkeep security standards. For monthly stays electricity use up to 5k PHP is included pro rata. Maintenance Updates: Please note that occasional maintenance of building facilities like the pool or gym may occur. We strive to inform our guests in advance whenever possible.
