[Guest Registration] For stays of a month or longer, the building requires a passport copy for each guest before check-in. We handle the registration with the building for you. [Utilities on Monthly Stays] Monthly stays require a deposit as utility prepayment. Any unused amount is refunded, and usage above it is billed. [Residential Building] This is a residential condo, not a hotel, with no 24/7 front desk. For anything in the building, message us first rather than building staff, and we handle it. [Shared Facilities] The pool, sauna and gym are run by the building and can close for maintenance, which is outside our control.
