There is no on-site host 24/7, but our co-host is reachable for anything urgent. Building entrance is via the parking-side only. It looks a little unexpected on arrival but is straightforward once you know it. Full directions are sent after booking. The shuttle runs on a fixed schedule, not on demand. It is the easiest way into the city and works well for guests who plan loosely ahead. Times shared after confirmation. Rental Agreement: Thai property regulations and building management require all guests to sign a short rental agreement before check-in, regardless of stay length. This is standard practice for managed residential buildings here and is not an extra Airbnb requirement. You will receive it via our guest portal once your booking is confirmed.
