Please be mindful of noise during these times to maintain a peaceful environment for all residents. • We encourage all guests to keep the apartment clean and tidy throughout their stay. Cleaning supplies are provided for your convenience. • Please dispose of all rubbish in the designated waste areas prior to departure. • Furniture has been arranged for your comfort and safety—please do not move or rearrange items. • Kindly ensure all items provided in the apartment are present and accounted for upon your departure. • Additional charges will apply in cases of excessive cleaning (THB 500–1,000), damages (full replacement or repair cost plus 15% handling fee), or lost items (replacement cost plus 15% handling fee). 💡 Monthly Stays: A 1000TH monthly stay allowance is include! Unused amounts will be refunded; excess usage will be billed fairly at check-out from the refundable deposit (in case of excess). In accordance with Thai law regarding short-term rentals, we request guests to direct any queries to our cohost for prompt assistance. Deposit Management: Amount shown at checkout page. To keep things simple and transparent, we use an automated deposit handled by our third‑party partner, Hospitable - a preferred software partner of Airbnb/Booking - only approved systems will integrate and show the exact deposit amount at check-out page. We do not hold you credit card information nor its visible to us due to strict requirement of the platform. How the automated deposit works: Collection: The deposit is collected automatically 2 days before check‑in. Release: It’s released automatically 2 days after check‑out if no charge request is submitted. Visibility: You’ll see the deposit amount and the collection/release dates during booking and in your guest portal. Reminders: You’ll receive an email reminder 1 day before the deposit is collected. Access: Check‑in instructions are shared ONLY once the deposit is successfully secured. No deposit you waive your reservation entirely. 
 In case of issues: If there are damages, or simple house rules broken the host may submit a charge request. This will be sent for you to review and comment. Third party will allocate the deposit payment. Any unused portion of the deposit is returned promptly 2 days after check out.
