Guests have exclusive, private access to their own bedroom, ensuite bathroom, and private balcony. Shared areas of the residence include a fully equipped kitchen, three living rooms, and a large dining area, which are shared respectfully with a small number of other guests (just four private rooms in total). A lift and luggage lift are available for easy access, and common areas are regularly cleaned. A washer and dryer are available for guest use, and housekeeping for private rooms can be requested during your stay.

Main public transit is the BTS Skytrain (Sukhumvit Line) — ThongLo station (E8) is the closest major rail link and provides fast access westward to Asoke, Siam and central business districts and eastward to On Nut and Bang Na. The area is walkable for short trips and served by motorcycle-taxis, metered taxis, ride-hail apps and local buses. Road access to Sukhumvit Road, Sukhumvit 71 (Pridi Banomyong) and Rama IV gives good car/expressway connections; expect congestion at peak times. For short local trips, motorcycle taxis and tuk-tuks are fastest; for longer cross-city travel, BTS is recommended.
