ABAC, Stamford and Ramkhamhaeng University are in the same neighbourhood of the building Public transport Only 700m to Airport link (ARL) Ramkhamhaeng Station with direct connections to: - Airport 4 stations - Metro (MRT) 1 station - Central World 2 stations - Skytrain (BTS) 3 stations Only 1.2 km to Khlong Saen Saep Boat Pier along the whole city with interchange at Central World and final station at Golden Mount with Khao San Road and many temples and historical sights in walking distance. Only a view meter to different Bus lines

This beautiful apartment is in a big Condominium building where mainly Bangkok locals are living. This is not a hotel which is of course a great local Airbnb experience, but that comes also with some rules: - No smoking, vaping, candles in the entire building, also not in the room or on the balcony. - No noise, no loud music, no party, no outside guests or gatherings in the room, at the pool area or anywhere else in the building - Wear proper clothes at all time (No shirtless walking) - After swimming dry yourself before entering the elevator - Follow all the building rules, try to blend in, enjoy the local experience and don't try to stick out as a tourist as you didn't book a hotel! :) - Don't stick posters or anything else at the walls, keep clean and respect things with respect. The Wifi has 1000 mbps download and 300 mbps upload. We have spare towels and bedsheets in the wardrobe which you can wash and change yourself anytime. If anything runs out a 7ELEVEN supermarket is directly on the ground floor of the building. You сan buy toilet paper, cleaning supplies, washing detergent, food, drinks etc. directly there.
