We kindly request your cooperation with the following house rules, designed to create a pleasant stay for all: • Pets are not allowed on the premises. • Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the apartment and on all balconies/terraces. • Events, parties, and unauthorised gatherings are not permitted at any time. • Children are welcome; however, infants under 2 years old are not allowed for safety reasons. • Quiet hours are observed from 23:00 to 07:00. During these hours, please keep noise to a minimum to ensure a harmonious environment for neighbors and fellow residents. • We encourage you to maintain the cleanliness of the apartment during your stay. Cleaning supplies are provided for your convenience. • Before departure, please dispose of all garbage in the designated areas. • Kindly leave all furniture in its original arrangement for your comfort and safety. • Please ensure all items provided in the apartment are accounted for before departure. • In the event of excessive cleaning requirements, damages, or lost items, additional charges will be applied as follows: – Excessive cleaning: THB 500 – 1,000 – Lost items: Replacement cost plus a 15% handling fee – Damages: Full repair or replacement cost plus a 15% handling fee – Left items: Can be returned for the price of postage plus a 15% handling fee • We urge you to treat the apartment with respect and consideration, as you would your own home. • Please be mindful of your noise levels at all times out of courtesy to your neighbors. • A departure checklist will be provided to assist you in leaving the apartment in an orderly state.
