We had a peaceful relaxing stay for 4 nights. The Condominium is so quiet. The apartment is spacious and has everything you need. We also used the airport pick up service Mihael provides very affordable, Kan the driver, great driving and he is also very personable and helpful. A great location, far enough to have tranquility and most places are easily reached on foot. As so near to Terminal 21, Korean Town and night market, just to mention a few. Mihael does checks in via message to ensure you are settled, which is a nice touch and responds in a timely manner to any queries you have.

We had a comfortable stay at Mihael’s place. The home was clean, well-kept and had everything we needed for a smooth trip. Mihael was helpful and quick to respond, which made the check-in process easy. The neighborhood felt safe and convenient for getting around. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and good value for the price. Happy to recommend it.

Mijn verblijf in het appartement van Mihael was geweldig. Vanaf moment 1 heb ik me er thuis gevoeld, en het huis kwam overeen met de foto’s. De communicatie verliep vlekkeloos, en Mihael reageert snel. Het uitzicht vanuit het huis is adembenemend, en er is een ruim zwembad. De wifi is erg goed. Rond de 500 mbp. Ik werk remote en kon de meetings vlekkeloos doen. Ik raad de accommodatie 100% zeker aan.

Mihael and the team are very accommodating hosts and I would definitely recommend staying here. The place is in a great location:- - 7/11 within a 2 minute walk. - Few malls and nana plaza a short bike ride away. - Some nice restaurants at walking distance. The apartment itself:- - kept immaculately clean - The bed was extremely comfortable! - The smart TV was a nice touch to catch up on some Netflix shows before bed. - No noise from the neighbours .. overall very peaceful and quiet (minus the Asian Koel bird from outside .. which is infamously a good wake up alarm) There is a selection of tea and coffee at hand (including a coffee maker) which was the cherry on the cake! I will be coming back soon! 10/10

I really enjoyed my stay here. The place is quiet and comfortable, which I appreciated a lot. Even though it’s right near some of the busiest areas, it’s just a short walk through a back alley and suddenly peaceful. It’s the perfect balance between being close to restaurants and having quiet nights. Also loved that it’s near the park, great spot for running or a morning walk. Overall, very good stay.
