Please remember that you’re staying in a residential building, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7. Occasionally, there may be some urban noise as passing motorbike or noise from construction works. For monthly stays, a 3000 THB utility is included. Any unused amount will be refunded, and excess usage will be billed.
