Cleaning supplies are provided for your convenience. • Prior to departure, please dispose of all garbage in the designated areas. • The furniture in the apartment is strategically placed for your comfort and safety; kindly do not rearrange it. • Please ensure that all items provided in the apartment are accounted for before your departure. • Additional charges may apply in the event of excessive cleaning requirements, damages, or lost items: – Excessive cleaning: THB 500–1,000 – Lost items: Replacement cost plus a 15% handling fee – Damages: Full cost of repair or replacement plus a 15% handling fee – Left items can be returned for the price of postage plus a 15% handling fee • We urge all guests to treat the apartment with respect and consideration, as you would your own home. • Please be mindful of noise levels, particularly after 22:00 (10:00 PM), to maintain a peaceful community atmosphere. • A departure checklist will be provided to assist with leaving the apartment in an orderly state.
