Accessibility and Availability
Neighborhood
Riverside (Charoenkrung/Bang Rak) Bangkok’s historic riverside blends old-world shophouses, creative warehouses, and sleek riverfront venues. By day, wander art spaces like Warehouse 30 and River City; by night, sip by the water at casual spots like Jack’s Bar or dine at stylish Thai kitchens. Streets are walkable, local, and full of character—perfect for café hopping and photography. Chinatown (Yaowarat) Electric after dark, Chinatown is a maze of neon alleys, gold shops, shrines, and some of the city’s most famous street food. Expect queues for crab omelettes, smoky woks, and late-night desserts. It’s also a treasure trove for hidden bars and heritage temples tucked just off the main drag. Go hungry and curious. ICONSIAM A destination mall on the river with everything from luxury boutiques to the indoor “floating market” at SookSiam, plus riverfront terraces and frequent cultural shows. Great for air-con breaks, dining with a view, and catching the ferry across the river. Getting around BTS Skytrain: Use BTS Saphan Taksin (S6). From there, you can connect across the city quickly without traffic. Easy for Siam, Asok, and Chatuchak connections. Fast river boats: From Sathorn/Si Phraya piers, hop on the Chao Phraya Express or ICONSIAM/blue flag boats. They’re frequent, scenic, and often faster than roads. Boats to temples: For Wat Arun (Temple of Dawn), cross-river ferries run every few minutes from Tha Tien/Wat Pho side. For Wat Pho and the Grand Palace, ride to Tha Tien or Tha Chang piers and walk a few minutes—simple, signed, and cheap. Pro tip Combine BTS + boat for the quickest sightseeing loop: BTS to Saphan Taksin, boat up to Wat Arun/Wat Pho/Grand Palace, then continue to ICONSIAM for lunch and shop your way back downriver at sunset.
Guest Access
You will have access to all the 5 bedrooms in three available apartments that complete the shophouse building. Parking spot in front of the building can fit up to 2 cars, first come first served basis. Free street parking available. Observe the local side of the street parking rule.
