[Guest Registration] The building requires every guest to be registered, so we need a passport or ID for each guest before check-in. Without it we can't go ahead with the stay. We handle the registration for you, including the TM30 immigration filing if you need it for a visa or extension. [Electricity] Monthly stays include 2,000 THB of electricity per month. Anything above that is metered and billed at check-out. [Security Deposit] A refundable security deposit is taken by card before check-in through a secure partner platform. The amount shows at checkout, and it is released after check-out once we have checked the apartment. [Shared Facilities] The pool, sauna and gym are run by the building and can close for maintenance, which is outside our control.
