How the automated deposit works: Collection: The deposit is collected automatically 2 days before check‑in. Release: It’s released automatically 2 days after check‑out if no charge request is submitted. Visibility: You’ll see the deposit amount and the collection/release dates during booking and in your guest portal. Reminders: You’ll receive an email reminder 1 day before the deposit is collected. Access: Check‑in instructions are shared ONLY once the deposit is successfully secured. No deposit you waive your reservation entirely. In case of issues: If there are damages, or simple house rules broken the host may submit a charge request. This will be sent for you to review and comment.
