Our home spans two floors, with 4 bedrooms accessible by stairs 3 with ensuite bathrooms. Located in a well-educated Thai-Indian Hindu gated community, we ask guests to respect noise levels and privacy to help maintain a safe and peaceful environment. For monthly stays utilities are paid separately. ★ HOUSE RULES★ Simple! Check-in: From 3 PM Check-out: At 11 AM (flexibility available with a fee upon request) No smoking indoors (designated outdoor areas available). No parties! No pets allowed. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM to respect our neighbors. Guests appreciate our dedicated neighborhood security team and secure villa access. Variable deposit is required and may be forfeited if any of house rules are broken. Check in instruction is released only after the deposit is paid. We’ve fully resolved a temporary water pressure issue that occurred in late 2025 (Gautam, Nov 2025).
