Furniture Placement: The furniture in the apartment is strategically placed for your comfort and safety. We kindly ask that it not be rearranged. Personal Belongings: Please ensure that all items provided in the apartment are accounted for before your departure. Additional Charges: In the event of excessive cleaning requirements, damages, or lost items, additional charges will be applied as follows: Excessive cleaning: THB 500 - 1,000 Lost items: Replacement cost plus a 15% handling fee Damages: Full cost of repair or replacement plus a 15% handling fee Left Items - Can be returned for the price of postage plus a 15% handling fee Respectful Occupancy: We urge our guests to treat the apartment with the utmost respect and consideration, as they would their own home. Neighbor Courtesy: We ask guests to be mindful of noise levels, particularly after 10 PM, to ensure a harmonious community environment. We reserve the right to remove you from the property if a report is made. Departure Protocol: A checklist will be provided to assist with your departure preparations, ensuring that the apartment is left in an orderly state. Please remember that you’re staying in a residential building, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7. For monthly stays, a 2,000 THB utility prepayment is required. Any unused amount will be refunded, and excess usage will be billed. Compliance with Local Laws: In accordance with Thai law regarding short-term rentals, we request guests to direct any queries to our cohost for prompt assistance.
