Please remember that you’re staying in a residential building, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7. Please Note: The male sauna is temporarily out of order due to building maintenance (not managed by us). In the meantime, the female sauna is available for communal use by all guests. Thank you for your understanding while the building completes the restoration. Occasionally, there may be some urban noise as passing motorbike or noise from construction works. For monthly stays, a 3000 THB utility is included. Any unused amount will be refunded, and excess usage will be billed.
