Prohibited Activities - Smoking inside the property - Hosting unauthorised events or parties - Unauthorised alterations to the property (like moving furniture). The host reserves the right to conduct a property inspection before check-in and after check-out to assess any potential damages. Guests will be notified of any damages detected during this inspection. Smoking is prohibited inside the property; designated areas may be provided. Smoking in the rear garden or on with outdoor terrace/balconies is permitted. Please use the ashtrays provided. A fine of 2,000b will be issued if smoking is done inside the property. The number of guests allowed is limited to 4 staying guests; exceeding this limit may result in additional fees or cancellation at the hosts discretion. A maximum of 6 additional (daytime) guests can be invited, but are not permitted to stay overnight. Guests should observe quiet hours to ensure they do not disturb neighbourโ€™s. Generally after 10pm and before 8am one should minimise noise levels to a respectful level. Guests agree to indemnify and hold harmless the host from any claims, losses, or damages arising out of their stay, including injuries to guests, visitors, or damage to personal property.

I stayed for about a week in Mihaels Airbnb, I booked a few hours before we arrived and we had no issues at all, we got well detailed check in instructions, the place was clean and as described and there are different board games to play if you're bored, and a lot of cats too in the area around the house, I can recommend staying here :)

Second time staying with Mihael, always very responsive and helpful. Very accommodating, communicative, and friendly. The place was lovely, walkable to BTS, business listed on Grab, well decorated and had many desirable extras such as the projector and a well stocked kitchen. Both times staying have been a pleasure.

Really enjoyed my stay here - the various artistic details, decor and attention to lighting design, reflection/mirroring and so many different interesting lighting fixtures made the stay very unique and enjoyable. Our baby loved the sound bath bowl. We also enjoyed the big screen TV and outdoor shower. Overall a pleasant stay!

Walking: The neighborhood is pedestrian-friendly with plenty of street food vendors, cafes, and local shops within walking distance. The Skywalk system makes it particularly safe and comfortable to walk to major destinations. Public Transport Options BTS Skytrain: The Punnawithi BTS station is just 6 -10 minutes walk away, connected via a covered Skywalk that leads directly to True Digital Park. This safe and convenient walkway keeps you protected from both traffic and weather while providing easy access to central Bangkok within 15 minutes. Canal Boats: A unique feature of the area is the Phra Khanong canal with long-tail boat service, offering a scenic alternative for daily commutes. The boat pier is accessible near the property, providing a peaceful way to explore the waterways of Bangkok.
