Our unit is located on 8th floor very silent and calm both day and night time. ⁃ Here is not hotel or service apartment we will not perform daily cleaning if you request the cleaning the service fee is 1,500 THB/session, however we provide cleaning equipment such as vacuum machine, broom in the room. ⁃ Kindly note the room is non smoking marijuana/cannabis in side the room or balcony is not allowed. If you do smoke please use the smoking area at the ground floor. Violation to smoke/take marijuana/cannabis inside the room or balcony , fine of 5,000 THB will be applied and subjected to termination of your reservation without any refund. ⁃ Parties and events are not allowed. ⁃ No illegal activity during you stay. ⁃ Do not making loud noises of any kind especially at night. ⁃ Please kindly help us to save the energy by turning off the A/C and lights when you go out side. ⁃ The guests must comply all apartment rules if violate any of the apartment rules the penalty fee as per the rules will be applied.
