A cozy apartment with everything needed for a comfortable stay. A big plus is the balcony, which offers a beautiful sunrise view. The only small thing is that the bathroom could benefit from a minor cosmetic refresh.

“I stayed at an absolutely stunning beachfront place! It had two gorgeous swimming pools, a huge open living room and kitchen with a big TV, and the bedroom was super spacious—three beds, including a king and two queens. It was beautiful—definitely a dream stay!”

We loved this place! Our favorite stay in Bangkok. Very cool design, in a really cool part of Bangkok. Walkable to many good restaurants and the river to take a boat ride. The upstairs bedroom was great and the sofa bed was roomy and comfortable for our two kids. Mihael is a proactive and friendly host. Will come stay again!

I’m picky and this place was well located and well equipped. 15-minute walk to BTS/Sukhumvit so quotes and residential while still close to all the action. The dishwasher and oven were clutch for my 24-day stay and the communication was excellent. Not only do they respond quickly, but they addressed every concern I had including installing a full length mirror. 10/10 recommend

The place was clean, cozy, and exactly like the photos. It had everything we needed. A comfy bed, strong AC (a must in Thailand!), fast WiFi, and a shared kitchen for easy breakfasts with lots of eggs & ramen available at all times. The beach was literally just steps away, felt like private beach of the property.

The location is really good! It is at city centre and so near to those shopping malls. The apartment is new, high tech and clean. I will definitely choose again if I go to Bangkok in future. The host is helpful and nice. Overall experience is really amazing. Thank you so much!!

Mihael made me feel at home and made sure me and my guests had the best experience we could while staying in his villa. I stayed here with my girlfriend and her sister and her sisters boyfriend, it was perfect for the four of us. Definitely would recommend for couples!

We loved this place, it let us experience the best of Bangkok’s local charm, staying here. We loved being tucked away near Talat Noi. The area is filled with character, great food, and trendy bars. Beyond the location, the hospitality was top-notch. Organizing travel from the airport was seamless, and the host was very accommodating with our early arrival. Highly recommended!
