It was a pleasure staying at Mihaels apartment. Much more preferred than the modern new development apartments of Bangkok. It was a pleasant experience and communication with him and his team was efficient. A repeat stayer from here onwards !

We were leaving our 5 year posting in Bangkok and the last eight days of our stay was crucial because we were house-less, but by choosing to stay here, we still felt like "we are still at home". It's quirky, it's a mix of old and new, but most of all it was homey. We had everything we needed (and sometimes more!) - a full kitchen with a pantry of spices and condiments, entertainment gadgets to cater to our teens, a little nook of a garden for our quiet moments and as much as climbing up to the 3rd floor became a forced leg workout, the room was worth it with its space, open plan and outdoor shower which gave me a view of Bangkok that I love. It's close to the train station as well which made our last errands easy. Mihael was highly responsive and accommodating, he made this last leg of our journey memorable because everything just went smoothly and it was just what we needed during this time of transition.

I had a great stay at SK Tower in Sukhumvit 38–40. The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and had a very comfortable bed—perfect for resting after a long day exploring the city. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of Bangkok and just a short 5-minute walk (around 500 meters) to BTS Thong Lo station, which made getting around super convenient. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a cozy, city-centered place to stay!

This is an excellent place to stay in Bangkok. The apartment is impeccable it’s clean and has all you need for a comfortable stay. The amenities of the pool the sauna and the gym are excellent. Easy access to the station additionally the host is very responsive and helpful. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it

This is one of the best apartments we rented on Airbnb. Very clean apartment, has everything you need for living. Very very beautiful view from the window! Just wow. Not a single complaint about this apartment. Everything was super! Excellent and responsive Mihael, quickly helped to solve all issues and was always in touch!

This was our second time booking Mihael’s apartment because we absolutely loved it the first time! It truly feels like home — the bed and pillows are super comfy, the place it's spotless and the apartment is beautifully decorated. Mihael is an amazing host. We needed some documents to proceed with our passport renewal, and he responded immediately and had everything sorted within 5 minutes. He’s incredibly efficient and helpful. We really hope to come back again in the future :)

This is a diamond for such a huge city. Located next to one of the main streets, but peaceful and quiet like if it were somewhere else. The attention of the host is perfect, all the support is given on a short brief. Value quality for money is 10/10. this apt mad us (2) love the city from the first sight and the first time. Could rent more expensive, but happy we did this as this exceeded our expectations. If you have other windows opened for different options, make yourself a favor and close them. (not paid). Coming back to Bangkok, I will not consider other options.
